I switched to the Samsung 25R's a while back. If my button tops don't fit in it I'll just order a couple Sammy flat tops, mine are all buttons...
So, 20 amps is the minimum for the Mini.

I really have no idea, I won one in the GAW with only one post. I probably won't get anywhere near 50 watts, even on my REOs my builds are single coil 1.4-1.6Ω. I'm planning on going dual coil dripper and see how I like it with the mini... it's going to be a learning process for me.So, 20 amps is the minimum for the Mini.

Check out Mooch's Blog:Last night, I saw the Jan. 15 pB review of the original mini and he was using a sony VTC4.
Isn't there a chart out there somewhere?

You should be just fine there.Bookmarked.
Nice, thank you.
So, this mod being regulated, I could use my old Panasonic PF's (10 amp) as long as I don't push past 30w; to, say, use with my Naut mini?
I have a battery question.
I have some batteries I want to try in it with a nautilus (usually 1.6 oMh heads)
It's not a suitable battery for the mod, not high discharge (have a couple of them that I used in my Innokin SVD). Go for proven 20 amp batteries like the Samsung 25 r or LG he4 or hg2, or the 15 amp Samsung 30q. Batteries are cheap enough so it's not worth taking risks.I won one too

It says
ICR18650-26F
Samsung SDI
2E12
They are flat top.
Do you guys who know batteries think they will work? I don't sub and won't be pushing them.
Thanks so much for any help with this.

For 18650 cells, Read the tests from @Mooch here https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/forums/batteries-and-chargers.828/
Eric
Pegasus Vapor Academy (YouTube) recommends a 20A (continuous) battery for a 50W mod.
And the highest capacity (3000 mAh) 20A battery is the LG HG 2.
LG HG 2

I won one as well on ECF (awesome!!!) and I have a billow 2. So I ordered some ni200, couple of batteries and a charger. Getting a dual coil up to a .1 minimum might be a challenge for a newbie ni200 wrapper, but I'll figure it out. Maybe 12 wraps each coil. I'll use Steam Engine to get it right.I WON one off here and have never used temp control. Would this thing fire a normal dual coil kanthal atty, All I have is the billow v2
Congrats on the win. I too won, and I have never won a contest in my life. I'm one happy, vaping ECF member!!!I just found out I won one as well. WOOt! I never win anything.
This will be my first TC mod and I'm really looking forward to it!
