So I'm on the fence with my latest stint using the aspire vivi nova and mini tanks.. I break and loose them so fast I refuse to spend over $20 on a new tank. And Iv also had mixed results with the coils. I use a provari which has out survived all the tanks.. well, that's another story..

I'm wondering if the Atlantis performs better than the vivi nova tanks Iv been using.. It , with a SS tank might survive my abuse. But I seem to break the base connection more than the glass when I drop them.

Can someone enlighten me how the different Aspire tanks perform? how many different styles of coils are available now? Should consider a different system with more consistent coil performance? I'm tired of the one day aspire coils..

Thanks!

The Atlantis uses .5 heads, the provari won't fire them.

I'd suggest the nautilus full size or mini with bvc replacement heads, IMO a good step up from what you're using now.
They are above your $20 budget.

Replacement head life is influenced by several factors, sweet or dark or colored juices tend to shorten life.

Thanks..

Does the mini nautilus base screw down tight to a provari since it has a air flow regulator? The aspire vivi nova's I have, have a air gap which is why the 510 connector broke/stripped when I drop them. No support. But they come with a metal tank protector for free.

And its not a matter of if I drop it..

Mine don't thread in to the point of the base contacting the provari / sitting flush on it with no gap.
Sounds like you're over tightening things to reduce or eliminate the delivery device base to power device gap, this will depress the center pin in the 510 connection or push up the center of the delivery device. It also puts quite a bit of stress on the threading and may actually weeken the threads on the clearo.

Several vendors offer beauty rings that go on top of the provari that eliminate the gap and give a slight bit of support.
You should check out the Provape sub forum, lots of ideas & helpful friendly folks.

No, I don't tighten the tanks down enough to touch.. But I wish they did if I still had the air.

On the other hand.. That gap is maybe why my provari has survived falls, while the tanks didn't.

Anther $10 lost if the tank comes unscrewed.

Get some of the hollowed out tanks Aspire tanks for what ever you end up with.

Hey, I didn't realize there's a air space between the glass and stainless mesh.:thumb: Is the nautilus really that much better than the original vivi nova?

...and get a lanyard...;)

Sorry, not wearing a Vari necklace..

On any tank with a air flow base that dose not sit flush with the mod. Cut a plastic spacer form old CC or the plastic packages that a lot of items come in. like in this ebay battery minder | eBay punch a hole in it and trim to be even with the mod. I do this with pro tanks with aero bases on my ProVaris.

May I suggest this vaporizer?

You won't be breaking it in this life time.

Impressive.

Iv got a reo mini I retired because of the wimpy inconsistent power, but I'm sure it would have fared about the same with my hornet on it.

I just dont have the patients to wind my own coils any more.

I like my new nautilus and I just ordered a few mini nautilus with T tank sleeves. Im hoping they with the CC washer fare better than my old aspire vivi nova .

Dude, major changes have been made since you got yours: sub ohm contacts and indestructible adjustable SS 510 connection. Plus, you need a grand. 18650 baby. It's a whole new world :)

18350's are enough for me. But Grands are sweet. Just not as sweet as my provari and a little to little, and a little to late.

That said... Why does provari make the window protrude out of the body? Idiotic

...and get a lanyard...;)

What? so I can look like I'm wearing a dildo? Swinging around, getting in my work..?
