I have something similar to this, but without the cobra engraving on the top cap. My friend bought it and it was advertised as the "Vivi Cobra" which is ultimately a Cobra clone, similar to the one on fasttech.

The RBA is decent; you honestly get what you pay for.

And at the end of the day, it all depends on your build.

My cobra clone currently has a micro coil build reading at 1.6 ohms. Attached to my Vamo set at 15 watts gives me a pretty flavorful vape. I also recently had the stock airhole drilled to a 3/32 airhole; now not only am I getting robust flavor, but also decent clouds for a RBA on a PV.

Has anyone had any experience with this thing?

For 12 dollars that's a pretty good deal, I just can't find any decent reviews on it outside of the fasttech site.
I have two, and I am pretty satisfied. They are fairly easy to get running, but they have their quirks. Air hole alignment is an issue, some are right on, others you have to tweak with the o rings t get them to line up. The fill hole screws are tiny, but usable. I drilled both the wick holes and the air holes larger. Just don't get the mini version of this from ft, the tank is so thin it cracks immediately. The one you linked has a nice thick tank.

I got 2 of the smaller Cobra clones and they both ended up in the trash within a week. They "worked" but couldn't handle the tinkering.

For the same $$ get the IGO-L from FT and then the RSST. You'll be all set (after u drill the air holes) with quality parts. For a couple $$ more you can get them from a US vendor and have them in 2-3 days.
