I ordered the oddy clone, we shall see.

Last time t took about 2 weeks for me BUT several things I bought said 3 days beside the stock so once it stocks up they send it on out. Once they sent it out it only took about 7 -8 days maybe. Worth it though so far for me. I have not ordered much from them but I do pick up a few things that I might want to try before I out out a lot of cash for the original :)

I bought the YK1 "chyclone" rda from fasttech a little while ago, it is working pretty well so far. The only problem I've had with it is the negative post came out of its press fit, so I pushed it back in and it spun around way too easy... Couldn't tighten the allen screw without messing up my coil. So I took a risk and pressed it back in with some vice grips and its been holding on pretty well for a few weeks now. I may eventually jb weld it. Also drilled the air hole out to 1/16" which is perfect for me.

QUESTION:
I want to replace the little black Allen screws with SS pan head Phillips screws, I am pretty sure the size is ******. Anyone know where to buy a small quantity of these? I've checked all the hardware stores around me and of course, no one has them.

EDIT: I actually found some M1.6 x 6mm today with the intention of grinding them to 4mm. They are too small diameter for the Chyclone, so the correct size is M2 x 4mm. The kidneypuncher screws mentioned 2 posts down are correct.

I bought one of the Cobra clones from Fastech, thinking it would be a good starter for a rebuildable, and it was. I've since moved into the mid-level AGA-T2 and RSST rebuildables. Everything on the Cobra is tiny.....maybe because of my big fingers.....lol The Cobra is harder to rebuild, but I'm glad I started with it and now its time to start drilling things out!

im waiting on a v9 now anyday. looks like the v5 with adjustable airholes and should work great if it performs like the v5.

and avoid the nimbus2 with adjustable top ring, the airholes are like 8mm above the wicks and its worthless.

I recieved my V9 in the mail today, what did you think about it??
My first problem was trying to get the middle section off,and found out why it was so hard, the O-Rings were ripped apart and the suction had it glued to the deck. Not to mention all the metal shavings and machine oil inside the RBA.

I agree I got the Nimbus 2 and v5 today. I like the version 5 but the Nimbus2 me no likey. The draw is horrible I think its like Thrasher mentioned the holes are to far away from the wick. The threading is horrible it only fit on my k100 because the center pin move free. O well I like the drip tip it came with so for 6 bucks I got my moneys worth I guess my igo L from them should arrive tomorrow.

how about making a micro-coil with long legs for the nimbus2?
have you used the fasttech igo? i hope the build quality is good. i originally thought it was an authentic youde when i bought it (which was today  )

I have the nimbus 2 and the igo. I didn't make long legs for the nimbus 2 because I have a IGO-W, version 5, and fasttechs igo L so I would just rather take the 6 dollar hit on it. Maybe later I will drill my own air hole. The Igo-L is solid from them but the metal is really thin good note is it made it easy to widen the air hole. I like the version 5 the best so far from fasttech but there is nothing wrong with the quality of IGO -L besides it being so thin it was actually better put together then the others.
