Sorry for the Confusion! We only ship to the USA...if it states Canada, I need to have them change that. I tried shipping to other Countries, and it did not work out very well. So Sorry:-((

If by fixed you mean you changed the price to $99.00 from your stated sale price of $72.99 which is what it was when I went to purchase it ...then yes it is fixed.

Hi if you noticed the price was actually 99.99 the 72.99 was from the previous. Sale that. Is why it would not let you get it but 50% off 99.00 not a bad deal on an E2 Kit)
