Got my gear from electosmoke, and I just want to thank Renee. One of my Elipse batteries was dead on arrival, and Renee emailed me back within minutes letting me know that I would be receiving a replacement and some goodies for the trouble. I have referred 3 smokers looking to quit over to electosmoke, not just due to the prices, but do to Renee being the best vendor I have ever dealt with (not just in the e-cig world!). I had questions about the other gear so I could help my friends put together some twist kits (sold out now, I think - having them get elips kits since I am so in love with them), and Renee sent me a long email explaining every component I had questions about. I'm saying Renee a lot because I don't know if Renee is a he or she, so I'm sorry if this post sounds weird and pronounless.
