Hi Blue,
The DC Carto's Tend to pull to hard on the Ego VV Circuit. The Twist have a different circuit becasue there is no LED on them.
The EGO VV has to also carry the LED Screen that lets you know your battery strength, that is why I do not recommend DC, it can kill the battery pretty fast. Also I would use them Sparingly on the Twist unless you have a 900 mAh or higher

Hi Solar,

The Ego Twist 900 mAh is about the same size as the Ego VV 900 mAh not to much different.
I have not really tried using the Dual Coil Carto's on the Twist, but I believe 1000 mAh Twist would handle them better than the 900 mAh Ego VV.

I do have a 1100 mAh VV and again, I have not tested them under load for the Dual coils, but for 1.5 LR ohms Carto's the Ego VV's do well.

If you are going to use DC Carto's I suggest 1000 mAh or the 1100 mAh or a big PV...LOL IF you are using LR Carto's either will be fine

I have both and I prefer the twist...build quality is better and once you find a voltage that works good...set it and forget it...I have the 1000mah twist and use it with both clearos and tanks, and currently running a DCT tank on my and love it! I am using a LR cart in the tank and run at slightly under 4v....I have also run a higher carto in the tank at 4.8 and have good results too

here is the link. These do not have the magnetic adapters, instead they just put a 510 thread on them. It works well with teh CE4 and CE5 tanks, but not the T2 Tanks

OH! I thought you meant you had just the 510 adapters for the version I have. This is the new iTaste! If they have a 510 thread on them, how do the small plastic tanks work on them?

Also, do you have any links to reviews for the GS-Super Bomb VV Lava Tube? I hear good and bad things about different Lava Tube versions, but I can't find anything about the GS-Super Bomb.
