Coffee Extractions?

okies here is a thought..

for those that like to strain.. anyone tried one of these?

I found one at bi-lo, when my coffee marker went on the fritz.. thinking on trying it, except I need to snag some nic and pg.. hmm.. it is an idea!

I don't suppose there had been a somewhat "baseline" people have found overall for approximate percentage of coffee extract to flavor a juice? Would it be similar to a concentrate, or would it be weaker?

I use mine at 5-10%. But remember mine is a water concentrate.

Even tho I like super concentrated.. most of my coffee's are instant.. I am curious and might try to experiment, once my stuff gets here. Will report back on how it goes

I use 100%vg with this. I'm allergic to PG

you tried the instant with capachino powder?? I don't think I am alergic to the pg or vg.. but I do like my vapor!! thinking on decreasing pg and nic.. slowly!!! right now I use a 50/50 for pg/vg

No I just use fresh coffee grounds in a jar with water let it sit 24 hours the. Strain. Keep it refrigerated. Or if I'm making concentrate for coffee I use the big white thing someone gave me years ago. And acquire a bit of it for juice. See blog for the. It white thing.

I do have the fresh grounds, or can create at whim.. but was curious on the capachino and how to get it in there too..

I tried the coffee extraction ala SalemGold listed above, that stuff is potent. So potent you can smell it through the sealed glass jar, ziplock bag, tackle box, and into the air in the room about 6 feet away.

It's delicious and I think I maybe went 5% max. Put a little cream and caramel in it too. Oh, and once I attempted to extract cinnamon so I could add that to my coffee vape. That didn't go over real well, but I can feel myself wanting to try it again.

Yep, same way, but a funny thing happened. I either put too much cinnamon or too little pg, it turned into a gelatinous blob that no liquid would leak from no matter how long it hung suspended in that funnel. Only a few days ago I was told that cinnamon holds something like 400 times it's weight in moisture, that is why you should never just eat a teaspoon of it, as it absorbs all the moisture from your mouth and throat and makes you feel like you are dying!

Next time I'm going to try a whole lot more liquid and a whole lot less cinnamon.

I haven't tried it, but I would think the sugar in the capp powder would be bad for any tank or atty? It would be pretty awesome if it worked though! I could really make some good ones then!!

it would be so nice!! but!! think I found a substitute over at wl for it.. Now if it will just stay in stock!!
