Here's my Coffin box VV passthrough. I used donptal's Poorvari VV circuit which uses a LM350T linear regulator. Added a DC adapter jack for power input. Also added a TO-220 heatsink since I'm using a 12V 2A AC adapter to run it; it gets a little bit warm :D. I have a couple of the AC adapters and one for the car.

It works fine; but with the 12V going down to ~5V, it does generate some heat. I've found that I don't really like the PT mode of vaping, so will most likely take it to work and keep it there as a back-up PV.

The box is a coffin box from mad vapes

The adapter jack I used was similar to these 10pcs 2.1mm DC Power Jack Socket Panel-Mount Connector | eBay
(just be sure to get the same size female jack as your AC adapter cord has)

nice!
love the dc jack integration!

can you show us the insides?

Thanks Luke.

Unfortunately, probably not. The box goes together with post-to-holes, the posts are thin. I broke 3 off playing around with it and when I finished it up I hot glued it together  I'll see if I can pry it apart and get a pic tomorrow. If I can't I'll just edit this post saying so.

Well check to see if you have a habit of holding your finger on the fire button....if so...you dont want a touch switch.
