Coil help/advice!!

HELLOOO. I am here today with some 24 gauge kanthal. What do i do as far as how many wraps and what diameter?? I am going for 1 ohm or below build. I hope yall can help.

What atty? 24 gauge gonna take a long time to heat up at 1 ohm.

There are a lot more questions and info you need to have depending on how low you want to go if you want to sub-ohm. If 1 ohm is your preferred, then "almost" any good mod will fire that. But you'll need to evaluate your....

mod, battery and tank/dripper your using. 24 gauge is big wire to start with and without doing a ton of wraps, won't get 1 ohm, say 13 to 14 wraps. And if your running a low power mod, won't work very well due to ramp up time (how long does it take to heat up) and amps needed to fire it.

Definetly use an Ohms law calculator!

8 wraps of 28 gauge will give you 1.2 ohms. I suggest you get some 28 or 30 gauge to start. As I always say, if you have to ask, you are not ready to start building. CHEERS!
