Coil help!

Ok so I'm doing a new build tonight and I want to do a dual twisted 28 kanthal. I Want to aim for around .3-.4 ohms. Any ideas how many wraps each side? I'm new to building and haven't done a twisted build before so I dont know even remotely how much Wrap each side! Macro/micro is still up in the air so I'm not picky so if you like it any particular way fill me in! Lol

Here is a calculator to help you with your builds. For twisted, change the Material Profile to round/twisted parallel and then input the values you want to work at.
