These are factory coils, just wondering if it is time for a change. I really don't want to wait for the dreaded hit. The reading is steady.
I don't change out stock coils until flavor starts tasting sweeter or flavor starts to drop.

Small resistance changes that sort of stay steady over time as a coil ages don't worry me. I'm assuming this is all on the same mod, but my short answer is, if it's a drop in coil, and it's just changing slightly as it ages, I wouldn't have much concern at all.

I've experienced small resistance changes in coils (drop ins) from time to time. I kept vaping, nothing bad happened. I change my coil when it tastes burnt. Period. Unless something really wild and crazy is going on, which (IMHO) doesn't seem to be the case here.

I think you are probably fine.

Thanks for the replies, now I understand a bit more about the coils.
Pretty much the same general rules apply for rebuildables and stock coils when it comes to resistance. You will always see slight variances as the wire ages.
