In your personal opinion what's the best coil build for rda running on an IPV3 Li keep in mind I'm a new member. And relatively new to RDAs. Input would be greatly appreciated

Considering you're using a regulated mod, it all depends on what you want from your vape. What kind of rda do you have? Are you looking for clouds or flavor? And what kind of batteries are you using?

Kanthal or Nickel? That mod does both.
With kanthal, I love twisted 28g or twisted 26g. I'm running a 0.25 ohm build on a hexohm, amazing vape.

Claptons are nice too, but they eat up a battery quick. And they are an advanced coil build, but you can buy them prefab. But yeah... need to know answers to the questions above.

Use that website and just do something simple. Start with a single coil. What's more important to new members is the wicking and not the coil.

I'd say use some 26 gauge with a internal diameter of 2.5mm-3mm. Go for like 1.0-1.2 ohms. Easy coil to nail down the wicking. Run it around 4 volts to get some nice vapor.

Your Build will heavily depend on what Atomizer you are using and what results you are expecting from it.

Your Mod can run both VW Mode or Temperature control so your Wire choice must be considered in the Build.

That's a cool looking dripper. I would use N80 myself, but KA1 will work. 26 or 24 G , 3mm, 6 to 8 wraps single coil. That will get you around 1 ohm-ish and run it around 15 - 20 W for starters, go up from there. Perfectly safe and will give you a decent vape. It's a good starting point until you figger out what you like. After that build, play around with the numbers on steam engine and see what you want to do.
