hello all
I have pyro v2 installed on Vsticking 530 mod with twisted messes coils 0.14 ohms
The problem is sometimes the resistance increased to 0.3 and 0.4 and need 4 to 5 hits until returned to normal reading 0.14, and this happen especially when the tank is filled with juice
I checked all the screw and tighten it and check the cleaning of the 510 pin
Can any one help me with this problem please

No personal experience with the MOD and tank setup. But, just general checking. Make sure you tighten the post screws for the coils all the way and that the grub screws are actually making good contact with the coils, not just pushing them into the corner of the coil holes. Also good to make sure the coils are fully seated in the holes. It sounds like you already tightened the 510 connector on the atomizer itself, if not, do that too.

On that mod, it looks like there are two torx screws holding the 510 connector on the mod. I'd make sure those are tight as well.

I've seen Nickel and Stainless coils bounce around a bit if they weren't pulsed and evenly heating before you add cotton and liquid. Does it do it with any other atomizer? Could rule out the atty at least, or do you have another mod that you can test the atty on?

As you heat/cool metal it's resistance fluctuates as well, but your problem seems more likely a loose connection *somewhere*.

If you go through all that troubleshooting and still have issues, for me personally. Don't do this if you don't feel comfortable with electronics and electricity. I'd remove the batteries from the mod, and then unscrew the two torx screws on the mod's 510 connector. Be gentle, and lightly pull up to see if you can inspect the solder on the 510 connector's wires.

Hope you figure out the cause!

You can build single or dual coil on that deck. You don't say which your using but since you're going from .14 to .3 I'm going to assume that you're running dual. My best guess is that one of your coils is not in the deck correctly. You mentioned using twisted messes coils but that's not enough info, they make a lot of different variations, some are easily broken by deck screws. I'd suggest removing your deck screws and making sure there's no jagged ends that can cut the wire, if so, you can easily file them a bit. Overtightening the deck screws, even when the ends are smooth, can break the coil legs on that deck. Try new coils and see what happens.
Also, is this your first build with these coils?
Pictures always help too

Thanks all for your help
But I tried most of the solutions mentioned here but the problem didn’t solved, just to mention some points:
The build was done by professional vape shop man and not by me
It works smoothly for more than one month and the problem appeared just few day ago
But can this be because the squonk pin is installed and I am using the tank on normal mod not squonk one??

That would explain a lot. If you are using a squonk pin on a regular mod with a dripper on top you are allowing juice to slowly get into the mod and ruin it. Not a great choice, why do you have a squonk pin in?

Put a solid pin in, take the cotton out of the coils, clean the coils by pulsing them and rewick. You may have already damaged the mod though.

It come installed on it and I didn’t pay attention
I will replace it now, but it never leaked before, whenever I removed the tank the base was clean and no juice on it

I installed two fused claptons on my Pyro V2 with the full pin. It was reading .46 in the beginning. After I tightened everything it started reading the reported .29 ohms should have read. Something is loose or gunked up.

It's not the base that I'd be worried about, if it's leaking into the mod through the squonk pin you may not see anything.

Good luck, hopefully everything is ok with it.
The mod is ok, I used another tank today and it work smoothly without any problem
But the problem is still on the old one, I removed the wick, cleaned the coil, tighten everything and adjusted the coil well but the problem still the same
