coil resistance

On a 5 volt mechanical mod with 3 amp what should the resistance be? i figured 1.66 ohm. Please help am I correct ? How many wraps do I need with 28 gauge Kenthal A1 wire with 2 mm diameter spaced coil ? I appreciate if you guys help me out.

A power bank is NOT a suitable vape power source nor is it a mechanical mod.

Hi Izan thanks for your reply I have h cigar foggatti genesis atomizer that has 18350 battery I was tired of charging it every hour. I had a 5000 mah power bank I managed to power the mod with it. I did 8 wraps with the 28 gauge KA1 wire and it is working very nice power bank is not getting worm at all I thought 5 volt divided by 3 amps will give me 1.66 ohm I know 8 wraps is less than 1.66 but it vaped very good power bank has 2 usb output each is 3 amp do you think I am doing something terribly wrong

IMO,
If your limit is 3A, your target draw should be approx 80% (~2.4A), for a hint of safety.

What happens when the resistance get higher as far as flavor and vapor production and also i guess you need less of a power but making 14 wraps of coil seams to me would need more power to heat up. I was looking at steam engine for coil wrapping what is the mod setting? it shows 24 watt 7 volt what is that? I am very new at this and asking to many questions but I appreciate your input.
