Definitely the juice. The coils in my banana and grape flavors last a long time. My Boba's Bounty coils last at most 2 tanks before I have to clean them up.

Very true. My gf likes the fruity juices and her coils last 5x longer than mine. I am a tobacco and Boba's fan. I bought 10 atomizer heads when I started 7 months ago and have rebuilt them many times. When the little rubber insulator wears out it is done though.

The darker "bakery" flavors like to scab over the coils.. Unfortunately for me, those are my favorite to vape. I recently went through a few "vanilla" variants from a few mfr. my standard go-to is the TastyVapor Ultimate Vanilla, and I would get about 2-3 days before needing to clean or replace coils in my ViVi nova tanks (I'd rinse and dry burn, which you can do with the PT as well). The worst one for me was one from a local B&m store, which is suspect was the typical pre-made chinese import... That thing gummed up within a few hours. The SweetVapes "very vanilla" was about the same as the TV Ultimate vanilla (but didn't taste quite as "right" for me. I'm currently Vaping the SweetVapes "vanilla" and it has a great taste (equal to or maybe slightly better than the TV)... BUT, with the TV tasting so good, and by buying a 1oz (30ml) bottle of 48mg/ml juice for $15, and mixing it with 3oz of the 0mg/ml "doubler" (4oz bottle is like $20), I have 4oz (120ml) of 12mg/ml juice for $30---so I am getting able to get 30ml for about what most places sell 5ml bottles for....and now that I am using a cotton wick in an RBA, every couple days I can just pull the wick out, pulse the coil a few times and drop a new wick in so easily (120yds for $5... I use maybe 2" of yarn per wick...so I have over 2000 wicks), the fact my favorite (and cheapest!) flavor is tough on wicks is no longer of concern

When you buy the coils in the first link do you get the box with that same writing on it. I'd buy a couple packs just to have the boxes. Goonk Not Leaking no burnt smell.

:p

It may be pot luck. Both of those links go to the same page. They're just different selections in the drop down menu.

I got the 2.0 ohm coils (several months back) and the box has "GoonK brand products specializing in the production quality safety durability"[sic]

Not quite as funny but the box is still cute and useful, and the wick/coils work just fine for me.

I do want to say that they don't save quite as much time as I had expected (Once I had gotten somewhat adept at turning coils onto a wick from scratch, that is. The running a needle through the wick technique makes winding a pretty simple procedure.), but the resistance is much more consistent than my hand-rolls.

I'm not sure how much difference that makes, though, with a VV battery. I'm constantly changing and mixing my juices, generally right in the tank, and I just tweak the voltage until it tastes right. Anything in the neighborhood of 2.0 ohms seems to perform about the same as far as resistance goes with that habit.

I will get more. They're handy to have around when I'm being ham-fisted or I'm not in the mood to fiddle. At the price they're hard to beat.

I use a protank mini 2 primarily. I was having burnt taste issues with stock replacement coils. After watching a few youtube videos and spending a few bucks on materials... I'm very happy. I use a 5/16th drill bit (1.53mm), 32ga a1 kanthal, and organic cotton balls. I do a 6/5 wrap. Which is around 2-2.1 ohms. This works great for me. I run it between 8 and 10 watts on my itaste vv.
