My 2 ADV's are
REO i rock a single 30ga micro coil standard cotton wick at 1ohm.
nem clone i vape a single 28ga twisted micro coil with a standard cotton wick at 0.8 ohm
Lowest i've gone is 0.23 ohms 27ga duel micro coils which was way to hot to enjoy anything more than 2 second lung pulls.
The twisted almost puts out as much vapor as the 0.23 but has alot more flavor and allows for longer more satisfying pulls.

Kanthal, 28 gauge twisted, 8 wraps on a toothpick. .75 ohms.

micro coil 28 gauge wire, 13 wraps. getting 2 ohms. it heats us slow but you get a nice pull
