Coils

Hi, yes new to this, purchased an itaste mvp3, with a Aero tank Mega, apparently these units have a " new coil design" as i just read a post, stating every coil has a wick extending from it. Mine certainly does not. Would someone advise me how often these coils should be replaced?

Those would be the dual coils which are located on the inside. The older coils had the wick or silica protruding. You should replace them when the flavor goes away and or your not seeing any vapor.

Oh, cheers for that mate, yes the favour did indeed "go away" after four days vaping, so ive just replaced the and tastes much better. Glad to hear they are a new coil as was wondering where my wick was.

Welcome to the forum, Bitsusatmo! As you've already learned, be sure to have spare coils on hand and backup batteries. I love my Aerotank Megas. Thinking about ordering another, in fact. They sold me on having airflow control so I ordered some airflow controllers for all my Protank 3s, too. Enjoy!
