I never noticed this before, but when I exhale after taking a puff, it's quite cold. Like if I blow a soft stream at say, my hand, it will be colder than if I blow with that same pressure of just air. Anyone else notice this?
Evaporative cooling...when water/liquid evaporates off your skin it carries energy (heat) with it. It's one reason you perspire. More proof that "vapor" isn't smoke, it's more like what a water mister type of thing would do.
I noticed this immediately. If I was walking when I blew the vapor out I could feel the vapor flow over my face and it definitely felt cooler than ciggy smoke.
I'm happy I caught this thread, I just noticed it this summer with the hot weather and was wondering why it's doing that, it's quite cool, I have a portable air conditioner
