I just received my package in the mail I ordered the sample pack.

Not a single juice smells good or tastes good. Honestly the smell im getting i almost want to describe it as a hospital smell or something... Idk if its because the cold winter weather and not steeped long enough?

Just wanted to know everyone's opinions on how long they steep their halo juices and how long i should wait before trying it again. when steeping do i just need to leave the lid off?

I filled up 4 cartos with the different flavors so far none are hitting the spot for me... maybe go back and try the cartos tomorrow morning and see how it goes...

Going to wait the 48 hours i guess.. im out of juice so im having to vape it so its driving me crazy because its kinda nasty.

Please give it the full 48 hours to steep at room temperature. I think you'll find the taste will change dramatically over this period. Id appreciate you posting again after this period. Thanks.

Every article I read about storing eliquid is to keep it in a cool dark place. This doesn't mean refrigerated, just somewhere between 60-75 degrees (preferably closer to 70), which is the temperature most keep their homes. And keep the liquid out of direct sunlight for extended periods. The dark glass bottles Halo uses are quite protective, but I wouldn't go testing them by storing them on a window ledge.

Lastly, you could try some fresh cartos, or even better try an atomizer - I recommend the new Halo attys. They're cheap enough that you aren't out a lot of dough if it isn't the experience you are looking for, and there are substantially less factors with an atty over a carto that can affect taste. I have been a 100% Halo juice vaper for nearly 6 months now, and the only variation in taste I have discovered is that a lower nic level seems to deliver a more true flavor. If you recently upped your nic level, that could change the taste.
