I have definitely noticed that when we have hot weather, the vapor is less.
I listened to some vaping experts today who were comparing the experience to the nicotrol inhaler.
They said that it was the fact that the vapor is heated that causes the vapor.
And the reason you get no vapor from an inhalor is because it isn't heated.
So this all starts to add up, because if the vapor is warm it will condense better and hold more water molecules.
And if the temperature contrast between the warm vapor and colder temperatures outside is greater, then even more vapor.
Or I could be full of crap.
But one thing I do know for certain, when I vape in my car with the A/C on I get good clouds.
And if I step outside into the heat, not so much.
I think that one of the problems you'll face is shorter battery life, unless you can devise a way to keep your batteries warm. Cold weather is hard on batteries. Just happy that I'm living in California, so that I don't have to deal with the cold winters that you have in Wisconsin.
That's so weird though... I always thought that to keep batteries 'fresh' or whatever, you're supposed to keep them in the fridge. Not that I ever did that, but if that's true I would think they'd last even longer in cold weather.
I totally don't know what I'm talking about BTW.
So, anyway, what'll happen to the juice at below freezing temps?
Firehorse - I LOVE Wyoming and I like the negative numbers when I am at the "Hole" it makes the powder that much softer and dryer. BTW there is a shrine in my man cave to Jackson and the Avatar is a shot looking over the edge of Corbrt's Couloir right before diving in. Keep that PV warm Fire and enjoy the cool fall weather
