apparently Sen Chuck Shumer would prefer we vape on pre 2007 vape gear...

I read some Conflicting things about it also. But Sadly, the reports that it Wasn't Included were True.
Cole-Bishop Removed From 2018 Omnibus Bill
No, Chuck Sheister would rather New Yorkers keep smoking so he can reap windfall benefits from the Big Tobacco profit sharing settlement and NY's astronomical tobacco taxes. He just doesn't care if it kill people.
