I worked very very hard (literally) through college and was lucky enough to get a good job after. I didn't have very much growing up with 2 other brothers and a sister. I like being able to buy nice things now, but I am very meticulous on what I spend. I used to collect old video games when I was kid, wasn't worth a whole bunch, but it was awesome to see all them in one spot.
While I may have been speaking to higher end stuff, a collection is a collection, if it brings value to YOU!

I think I would like to have a mix of higher end stuff and tems that may be cheap, but UNIQUE.

Well... I was collecting. I'm not any more. I was really in to tube mods there for about a year or so. I have owned as many as around 25 PVs at a time. I'm currently down to 11. I'm going to buy one more and sell/trade 4 of the ones I have. That will be it for the foreseeable future.

As to delivery devices: I haven't collected but I'm very well stocked on the stuff I like.

There is a High-End market for (A)PVs absolutely; just like anything else.

In the next few years there will be makers of Finer PVs and MODs that will go for almost $1000. As our little hobby starts gaining ground and more and more, RICH, people start Vaping - you will see these niches being filled.

That's very true! Along with the high end, I'll like to see technology being used, and maybe some unique electronics or form factors take place as well no matter where they fall. Competition breeds innovation, so hopefully we'll have a much broader range of equipment for all vapers in the upcoming months/years.

Heh, do a search for Col Gaunt. He probably has the biggest collection I have ever seen. I don't want to post numbers that I am not sure on but I am sure he over 1000+ APV's and assorted mods.
Myself I have my Provari V1, Mini, Zap is going to be here tomorrow, Prodigy V3, Roughstack, Omega. I have a few I have made myself, IE: Multiple box mods, DNA custom box mod and a few others laying around kinda collecting dust. I sold a GGTS I had last year.

I think it will go the other way with high quality PVs with equivalents of the Nivel chip becoming available for under $200.00. More mainstream means more sales and improvements in manufacturing which will lead to lower pricing overall. While i am sure there will be expensive PVs made it will be because of bling, not better tech.

Have to disagree there...

Make em more available, true it will

Price....people are paying the price now and are happy so why lower it. Until a cheap knock-off that cant compare comes out of china the price will remain.

Quality cost cash
