I am hooked. I love my precious dearly and can't even fathom the time when I questioned the purchase. But my little black mini needs a friend, I am saving to buy a second ProVari. Looking for color feedback. Red looks nice, purple is apparently blah. White is cool.

What color is your ProVari? Pics would be awesome, if your device wants a stroll on the catwalk. ;)

Then, mini with end cap or full size? So far I am pleased with the ProVari mini, end capped. batteries are lasting well. Other than battery life, is there a reason you chose a specific size?

I have a purple one and it is kind of blah. I really like the satin silver one. The white is nice too but I tend to have dirty hands so I'd have to clean it more often. But that's my problem.

The only reason to get the full size one is bigger batteries. Or maybe hand size. The mini might be small for guys with big hands.

Yup, I get that on the white. I just think it would get grubby after a bit. I have pets that goob on things. A wet dog nose could make things unsavory!!! I know, I could clean it and would but I don't want to fuss over it much.

Have you seen the blue?

I haven't seen the blue in person. I can tell that ScandaLeX has clean hands more often than I do. Look at the keyboard. It's totally clean.

I have seen a red mini in person! Truth.! It is RED. Not brick or muted like it sometimes looks in photos.
I like the polished SS, I hear they show fingerprints easy, but then you get to wipe it a lot and show it you love it.
I have a slightly beaten Black mini with a Satin extension.

Looks like the polished SS is currently only offered in the full sized model and is sold out currently. =( My friend has a full sized one and it looks big to me. Although in truth, there is probably not much of a size difference in the full and a capped mini, huh?

She is on leave at the moment so I can't do a side by side comparison.

I was just thinking about the red one, was wondering if it's more on the orange red side, than on the blue red side. Is it like the red on a Bic lighter?

I never use the extension on mine. Another reason to get the full size is for the pattern on it. I like the mini's teardrop design more than the line design.

I like the teardrops better as well.

As you can see, I have a Standard size 2.0 in blue and a Mini 2.5 in black. The blue is 14 months old, and I've allowed it to take a few spills onto the driveway. I keep it on my lap while driving (it rolls out of my reach if on the passenger seat), and occassionaly I am absent minded and forget its on my lap when I get out of the car. It has two minor, tiny chips in the carokote which you may be able to see in the first photo. At some point I may get a wrap for it. I do have a homemade rubber sleeve for it in both black and blue which I fashioned from a motorcycle grip, but I have misplaced them while house cleaning. I typically bring the Mini with me when I leave the house.

That gives me a good feel for Blue....I also just realized I can play with end cap colors too! In your shots, one blue looks more vibrant to me. Which one would you say is closer to reality, the left or the right? Or is it a matter of lighting?

Scandal? Those are interesting looking tanks. What are they?

Trident RDA.

They're dripping atomizers. Set up nicely they hold a good amount of juice.
I don't have to concern myself with switching tanks when I want a different flavor.
My wick is cotton which doesn't need frequent changes.

I like the Trident so much I ordered 2 more.
These are clones ($17 FT) BTW of the Trident by Grand Vapor ($85).

All the Provari satin colors are dependent upon the lighting that is present. Different lighting will make the colors appear either lighter or darker, especially in photos using flash lighting. But in general, the pic of the horizontal Provari is truer.

Thanks! I was hoping that was the case. :D

The colors I had in my hand were pink, blue & purple.
Blue & purple aren't (IMO) eye popping.
I expected a richer, fuller color.

Pink was more on the light pink side of shades.

Maybe, I should order endcaps first for the Black one. That way if I am less than fond of a color, I will know not to order a second one in it. Ah...decisions, decisions...
