color of liquid

Dear all
Does anyone knows why with a normal 1.2 ohm coil the liquid gets brown in the tank after a while ?
I changed to TC 0.15 Ni Coil and the liquid doesnt change color much.

Heat and burnt residue on the coil. The longer you use a coil, the more apparent it will be.

+1. The color is caused by the sweetener in the juice caramelizing from the heat on the coil wire and the wick near the coil. It is not harmful, but it can sometimes make your juice taste off, and is always an indication the wick is getting dirty and will soon plug up. Changing the coil (prefab coils) or burning the coil and re wicking (in an RTA) fixes it.

By changing to TC, you're not hitting the higher temp where the sweetners are being caramelized like they are in your kanthal coil.
