I did add a tiny drop of McCormicks neon blue food coloring to a 15ml bottle of juice and it worked fine. A little darker than I wanted but no change in flavor and it was a tiny drop!! Did the job though!!

Figured it would be dark. You only need a few drops to color an entire cake so it wouldn't take much to color a tiny little bottle of liquid.

There is a B&M in town that has food coloring in their juices and I hate it. It is messy, and was not necessary for me. They actually have a couple flavors I like, so asked if they could make it without the floorings. They said no, because of some vague reason with their flavors. Oh well, plenty of other choices around here in Vegas.

They probably pre-mix it in huge batches is more like it.

Colors is dicey business. PG VG nic 's been around for decades and pretty well researched. AFAIK there isn't much data about food colors being subjected to to high temperatures ( potentially harmful decomposition products ) and then inhaled. Some vendors here in the EU do have them on offer - with all sorts of caveats. So if your skin starts looking like you been helping out on the set of the next Avatar movie, they won't be held responsible. Whatever you color your liquid with, better take a long hard look at the MSDS of that particular color...
