Colored REOs paint or powder-coat ?

Just curious as I am going to buy REO #3 soon and am ready for some color (one's raw and one's clearcoat).

I seem to remember reading the finishes described both ways ....which is it?

Are Color REOs finished in powder-coat or paint?

Powder had no clear-coat on it hence why I polyurethane my silver vein - not sure on the "color" reos

These days the colored ones are powder coated. They used to be anodized, but no longer. I think he sells a black anodized still, but that's it.
