Combine 2 orders into 1?

I placed an order yesterday and today my wife noticed that butterscotch is available. We could not find it yesterday. I would like to order 3 5ml bottles and take advantage of the sale BUT do not want to incur a second shipping charge.

How can I do that without upsetting normal procedures? Should I call on Monday morning? Send an email?
