For the first time last night I ordered from Rob, one of the wonderful specials he offers, first time I noticed a special from him, but I'll be looking for them from now on!

I emailed him with a bunch of questions and he emailed back promptly each time! I even made a mistake and placed two orders when I only wanted one of them, he immediately caught that and emailed me asking how I "really" want my order...LOL. Then he immediately took care of that.

I also asked him to substitute something, which was a little more costly on his end. I didn't expect him to do the substitution but thought I'd ask. Well, he did it!

Yup, I do believe Rob has me as a customer now. Thank you Rob!!
