I always forget to PIF and it sits here until I fill a box and give it away like I did with SK........:)

OMG I actually won something.

I've got a good deal of stuff I'd love to PiF or TC or something but my problem is the post office. I've got a pretty bad back and can't really stand in long lines very well without being in a lot of pain. So it's pretty hit or miss depending on what kind of line I encounter when I get there.

There's absolutely nothing to sit on or lean up against. Just some velvet ropes. There's no "take a number" system either so it's either stand in line and hope things go quick or leave. The only thing the union postal workers seem to be in a hurry for is break time. :(

I'd hate to put in my offer "can ship in 2 or 3 or 4 days"

TravTech I have a friend with standing problems like yours .... she has mail man bring her the new one size one price boxes ,then she pays for & prints the postage/labels on line & hands it back to her mail man to mail... just an fyi in case it might help :D

HI Rip & ALL !!

That sounds like the way to go for me.

It started after a stay in the hospital, I found myself sitting down more than normal. I've always had back issues, but then found that I have osteoporosis in both hips. I'd try to get more active to try to be "my old self" but then my one knees starts to go. It's always something and it seems like it's always my back trying to compensate for the other issues. It's making me feel much older than my years. Also being more inactive makes it tough to keep the pounds from adding on which would only make things worse.

I bought a professional quality recumbant bike to help with flexibilty, blood flow, and endurance. Still working my way up to any meaningful level of usage. What I really think I need is to find a nearby swimming pool. No impact exercise good for flexibilty and endurance.

Sorry to hear about your back issues, Trav :(

On the other hand, congrats on your win!! You forgot to mention what you won tho!

I just won the TVR weekly contest for a free 15 ml bottle of Gingerbread :D

Am also ordering tommorow their Lemon Meringue, Expresso & Buttery Popcorn. I told them they can add my won juice to that order :)
