Commiserating with Ripple

I understand where you're coming from, Kelley, but chatting aimlessly is for flirty guys and women mostly, sure I do my share occasionally but I can't follow these threads like chatty cathies can, no offense...... Some of them get pretty racy also and I have been busted for that a few times already....... I like the ones where I can come up with something witty or poignant for an entry, I like the SI ones also....story ones are fun, movie and songs are, too.......just not hi's and bye's and congrat's all the time!!! Am I being a stick-in-the-mud? You tell me I'm wrong and I'll drop it, really....

I don't like the story ones because ya do have to follow the story, at least a bit. Too hard, too much concentration required.

Despite the nature of the one I work on, I only occasionally like the chatty ones. And I abhor the hellos, goodbyes, good mornings, good nights, and especially the "I gotta answer the phone/go to the store/eat dinner/fart/go to the bathroom/be right back" posts. What a freaking waste of bandwidth!

There is always a problem in the GG because it's a valuable prize, and people get really competitive. We had a huge CF yesterday in the GV cash game. Cash brings it out in some folks, I guess.

And I only enjoy the flirting when it's me flirting or being flirted.




Not a zombie fan or a vampire fan or a fantasy game fan or a whovian fan or an anime fan here. Just a Philadelphia EAGLES fan.

OK, I see there are more than a 1000 posts, funny there has been no interaction, I'm in PIF every day, too - -I think he's on N-V too but I have yet to ever even respond to a PM or a post.....such is life!!!

Up until yesterday, I have been on a losing slump. I pulled out $100 cash win from GV, so hopefully the slump is over. I was worried I'd have to do a slump-buster to get back in the win column.
