I'm glad you do, 2nd full day on the job and the person training me is leaving the position to move onto another, who was passed over for another position, long story short, can you say BITTER.....
It's a tough job to go to your boss and say you may want to re-evaluate your training strategy, because according to your training person, she's the only one who knows it all and she ain't sharing............

You may try pointing out to her that she is only punishing you and not the people who insulted her. Probably won't make a difference, but it may help--a lot of the time people don't realize they're taking their frustration and anger out on the wrong people...
