Wow that looks like a big one. Ripple if I go can I rub your head so I can win something cool?

Of course you can, its well-known amongst the WCVC that rubbing my hair brings luck for the raffles!!:thumb:

I do discriminate, of couse, but you can rub anything you want if you actually show up to a huge meet near your backyard...........:laugh:

Its not looking good for vapercon in FL right now, sorry my southern friends......

I do agree that flavor west is BLAHHHH ...

I am having flavorless issues myself today...missing GV's StrawberryPeach smash.

I think I'll go to the bakery store & get some Loranns Peach & strawberry & attempt a mix....
that should convince me to JUST ORDER some ...

& Turt is resembling blahh ....what is up w/that turt ? Is it an anti St.Pats statement ? :D

So this isn't a post with any info, just a lame explanation of you having a brain cramp? :D

Nope, just a refusal to leave two identical posts up while lacking the ability to actually delete one of them :)
Seriously, are you coming to vapebash next month, buddy?

Dunno. Still trying, but the wife's got something planned on the 19th that I'm already having to take off work for. I'm still working on it, though. The biggest problem right now is that I'd have to take two days off work and she'd have to take two days off, even if she didn't attend, because I work nights and the daughter is back in school then (so we can't just pawn her off on someone).

But I'm not giving up hope yet...

Then neither shall I -- and the kids come first, i understand completely.........:)

Some know I am a lapsed Catholic, I know a few of my fellow commiserators are, too. As such, I'm sure your struggle with the pedo priest thing has been taxing upon your faith and the way you were presented the church by our parents who I'm sure truly believed in the sanctity of the church nearly completely, its a heavy burden. That said, I knew little of this personally, I had always assumed i had gotten 'lucky' and just had alky priests (and god knows they were sometimes hammered up there.......). I watched a news report tonight and I was greviously in error it seems, my archdiocese appears to have been one of the worst offenders, it says there was 34 priests but of the 15 listed in the on-air story, 3 I served under, I am so very creeped out I can't even make a bad joke. All I can think about is the possibility of one of my friends was............sigh.......Bishop Imesch gave me Confirmation.......I'm just bummed and needed to rant, its no wonder I lean towards agnosticism....

Sorry, i don't just whine about contests!!! :)

...thanks Ripple.

After reading that, I think I've lost all faith in organized religion...

Tomorrow I shall follow my heart, venture out into the forest and worship a shrubbery...

Its really hard not to, I believe in my heart maybe 10% of all the people that make a living off of religion actually understand the Word of God, its a refuge for the swindlers and deviants no matter the faith.....:(

Or maybe two shrubberies, with a nice path down the middle...

They used to say "nee".....:D

I never discuss religion on forums if I can avoid it. But
Your right. The biggest problem is the greed and corruption as religion has become a trillion dollar business worldwide. I can understand church people drawing a salary - lets face it they need to live. But I think Jesus or (insert your favorite deity here) intended the donations and tithes to feed the hungry, help the homeless and sick - not buy $50,000 rings $12,000 hats and build fancy churches. I think churches and their priests are supposed to be above worldly goods. They're supposed to be part of the community not set themselves above it.

I won't even go into the pervs and pedophiles it shelters :glare:

Unfortunately the seven deadly sins surround us at all times -- but they are supposed to be above that......:(

Anyway, how is PA? Snowy a bit?
