I feel bad for some of our suppliers. I'm on this forum a lot of the time. I enjoy seeing reviews on everything and I look at feedback always before ordering from a supplier. I run into is issue a lot and it really irritates me. People are bashing suppliers because a something happened with the product or a shipping error has occurred. I believe it is important to first communicate with the supplier about issue before you go out there on a bashing spree. If supplier isn't willing to correct issue or has bad communication, then go on your bashing spree. Remember that our suppliers are only human and a lot of issues are b/c of their Chinese manufactures and vendors are sometimes inconstant. A supplier may not be aware of issue, so it's our job as customers to let them know so they can resolve issue. If a supplier doesn't resolve the issues, like I said, please feel free to let us know! Reputation goes far in a small community like ours. I just think it's vital to communicate with our suppliers. Feel free to post your opinions about this issue not a particular supplier. Those posts go on the feedback threads.
