Hello World!
I am a little overwhelmed at the moment and trying to make sense of all this new information. Before me is a list of products and vendors, models and components. So initially I will focus on models:
1st - I really want something that has longevity. Is there a model out there that is proving to be more durable than the rest? A model that those of you who have gone through the trial and error of inferior products are all finding yourselves owning?

2nd - I keep seeing information about "juice". The vendor at my local mall does NOT sell juice. He maintains that the models he sells (smoke everywhere, smoke 51) will NOT accept the juice. So he throws in 5 extra tips (making the total 30) for a grand total of $200, claiming each tip is equivalent to 1 pack of cigarettes. Seems totally shady:evil:so I have not, nor intend to, buy from him. BUT, it raises a question about the juice. Do some models not take it? Why not?
2(b) The juice seems like a great way to change-up the flavor and not have to keep buying new tips, so who can I go to and feel assured the quality is the best? I don't want to be inhaling something that people are making in their bathtubs. (Which is not an outrageous concern!)

In all, totally new to this but sweet, sweet mercy I am ready to be done with cigarettes! I just want to make sure I am purchasing something worth the money, that opperates in such a way as to help me NOT go back to cigs, and is not jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire by inhaling some non-corporate toxic waste.

Thanks for your time,
Curtis

Go to the following link for a Janty Stick, then don't look back:

Janty USA - USA SHOP || Shipping in USA

Many here will recommend the 510 by any name (JOYE, Dura, etc) and it's a good one for sure, but if you graduate to what they call a 'Mod', you can replace the parts a lot cheaper. Batteries, for example. You'll see what I mean as you learn the 'parts' of the PV.

Juices are not regulated so you just have to trust.... There are some outlets that are particularly popular, but right now, there's no quality control. You can learn here how to make your own juice, it's easy.

Read the 'Sticky's' in the New Member's Forum. You'll learn a lot and be introduced to many kinds of PV's (personal vaporers).

Congratulations on your excellent decision!

It is hard to muddle through all the information and try to make a good choice, so I totally understand! After using two other types, I found happiness with the VaporKing from Vapor4Life. If you are looking for ease of use and consistant taste and throat hit, this is the one! Cartomizers are tasty and long lasting and are easily refilled to help cut down on costs. Come visit the V4L forum here to see some videos and demos and hear what people are saying. Vapor4Life - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat

Whatever you decide on, I wish you good luck and happy vaping! You are going to love it! ;)

Yep, what she said.:D

Seriously, check out the "Seriously" thread (it's a stickie so it will be near the top of the forum) in the Vapor4Life supplier subforum. There are tons of comparisons in that thread. You will learn why we all love the VK and why it is the only thing that Jen and I will recommend.
