Competitor's Products

Is there any preferred method to share info on competitor's products we'd like to see made available from V4L with the staff of V4L? I'm sure posting in a thread with links would be frowned upon, but I also imagine a flooded inbox wouldn't be appreciated either, as it would only lead to tons of duplicate requests and frustrated staff.

I've seen a few things on other vendors sites I'd be interested in, but I'm pretty brand-loyal and you guys have treated me very well from the start. Don't see the sense in supporting the competition.

Well your inquiry is well-phrased and observes proper forum etiquette which is so very appreciated jc. I don't think you ever need to fear sending customer service an e-mail with a product inquiry or suggestion. I also think that buying vaping supplies should be similar to purchasing other consumer items. You have your go-to items and on occasion you leave yourself open to trying new products from other suppliers.

I'm curious, has anyone tried those dual battery PCCs? I honestly don't even remember what vendor(s) sells them.

How long does it take to charge a battery on the V4L PCC? I've hesitated buying one because it takes a few hours to fully charge my batteries using USB or USB/wall charger methods.

Biomom - it could take a couple of hours to fully charge a batt with the pcc... they ARE handy though when you're out and about and a batt dies (I only have 2 batts, so it's a bit like a safety net)
