Just noticed this a couple of days ago on my ZMax battery, it's an 18650 from eFest (2,000mah). Not getting any thermal runaway/heating/cut outs/shorts so all seems just fine. It's working perfectly, charges normally and the capacity is good.
The only thing i can think of is that when i first starting using the ZMax i tightened it a fair bit, is that the culprit?
