Concentrated Flavor Steeping

Are flavor concentrates good to go in your mix right out of your vape mail? Or do you guys steep the actual flavors before mixing anything? If so for how long? I've always steeped the final product. But just occured that maybe some off flavors could benefit from some open time?

Sorry, steeping flavoring makes no sense to me.

Steeping is a closed bottle sitting for awhile so that all the components have time to combine. One component isn't combining with anything.

So, they are good to go right from the mail. That should speed your mixing up a bit?

That's what I thought. Maybe I just need to dial in my percentages a little. I'm having a hard time with some strawberries and cream just tasting off.
