Hey!

Nice to find this forum. Long story short - I haven't smoked a cigarette in years. Tried an e-cig as a joke two weeks ago at a party. The next day I went out and bought njoy and BLU. last week I went to a local vape shop and got an ego twist, artemis and kanger pro 2 tanks, tons of juices...

So here I am - a nonsmoker - suddenly with a vaping habit. Am I stupid?

I vape all morning, in the car - and I work full time in an ad agency office. I leave the office 4 times a day or more to hit an e-cig. At home I vape all night. While gaming, reading, in bed!

I have slight congestion.. phlegm which is unusual.

I also started having splitting headaches every morning for the last week. I assume this is from nicotine withdrawal while I'm sleeping?

I feel guilty and a little stupid for starting, but I've got a super addictive personality and am concerned for my health and mental well being...

Any thoughts?

what strength e-liquid did you get? at your lack of nicotine addiction, you should probably be using either 0 nic or the next lowest you can get.
Best guess on the congestion and headaches, drink more water. the nicotine liquid (or nic free liquid) draws water out of you, so they can (will) dehydrate you...
SO! drink more water, use less nicotine, I don't think you're stupid. Good luck!

Yes, I have thoughts.
Most folks weigh pro's - con's before making a decision to do something.

In my opinion, yes.

Most if not all juices are offered in 0 nic for a reason, if you're a non smoker use them.
Your headaches could be from dehydration, drink lots of water then drink some more, pg & vg both will dry you out.
Just because you have headaches in the morning doesn't mean they're caused by nicotine withdraw.

If you have any concerns for your health and mental well being two weeks is two weeks too long to vape.

antz much.
