Here is the way it's going to be or we can just stop co-ops in this section all together. I had already posted that all co-ops should go thru me first and then I come on here and see yet another one for EastMall gearing up. So since guidelines can't be followed I will make Rules.

1. ALL CO-OPS GO THRU ME FIRST! if they don't I will delete the thread and you all can do the co-op somewhere else.

2. From now on only one co-op will run at a time. Not one of each kind, but only one.

3. The reason for RULE 2 is to stop confusion on whether or not something or someone has been paid and who ordered from which co-op. The more things you have going on the more problems can potentially pop up and I don't know about the rest of you but I don't like problems.

You all are more than welcome to discuss this on this thread only and I will take everything that is said into consideration. I'm not a tyrant but I don't want to see this turn into mass confusions and have infighting over things.

As of right now the only co-op that should be running is the one for Trueman. Trib and Blaze need to figure out who is going to run it.

Gunjji has the carto one that is almost over. Once he gets the order in and sorted and shipped out that one will be done.

Once the Trueman order is over WE can decide which one to run next.
Discuss away!

This whole situation has turned me into something I didn't want to be, but now I have no choice. I am not 'Mom" I am the one that helps keep things straight from now on.

hi jules, all this looks good to me. one at the time seems to be the right way to go.
the only reason i am interested in trueman is the fact that the 4081 cartos from them are performing very well - nine days so far - but i will not jump to conclusions and take my time checking those cartos some more.
having developed a pg allergy i realize that there are quite a few unknowns in our vaping, but the burning carto issue is not one of them. i, for one, will try to make sure that any carto i use will be as safe as possible.
if i decide this is true of the trueman carto i would be happy to place an order with trueman together with some of our members and would get your ok beforehand.

You need to get with Blaze and figure out who is going to be running the Trueman or Eastmall, whichever one you all decide to do.

shucks, jules! isn't that what moms do?

Mom's are supposed to be able to be friends too, to a point, and that isn't working here. I feel like my good nature has been taken advantage of so it (good nature) is being put away for awhile. I am just a mod here and that's all.

jules, as i posted before i'm not ready yet to reorder from trueman, or take over blaze's existing time frame. if and when i do i will touch base with you before going any further.
please, remember though that these cartos are not available elsewhere at the moment, either at hg, hc, em or whatever.

I think the PIF forum was , and should continue to be, dedicated to helping others.
The co-ops really dont seem to fit this forum, and create a lot of dissent. However it is not up to me, I have the option of just not participating in them.

We have a truely great group of people here, I hate to see the good will diminished this way.
Perhaps another forum for co-ops would work better.

I know most of the ecig stuff is made in China. Personally I prefer to order from the US
I dont worry about customs, and I may pay a bit more but I am helping to keep someone here in a job too.

I am not knocking ordering direct from China, it is just my personal preference

I was just thinking the same thing...these things are creating more hassle and headache for everyone than they're worth. I'm shutting mine down, if Tib wants to take over that's cool with me. I just don't want to be the source of tension anymore....

I have no idea what caused all of this tension and anger, but boy I must have missed something! We are a community & family on here, we shouldn't be fighting. It's really making me sad! :( If the co-ops are causing this much grief for everyone, then we shouldn't do them anymore. I'm fine with it if you never want to do another one again, or if everyone plays nice and follows the rules and we do one at a time. Either way is fine with me, as long as we can all get along. Just Please let's not be mad or fight? There's too much love on here for something like this to cause issues.
Hugs for everyone!

Co-ops do help people because they save a lot of money. Jules' HG co-op was a godsend to me (I think it saved me over $35 dollars on the already low HG prices!). I don't think anyone ever tried to break any rules, but instead were just not aware of them. I'm sure everything will be fine once Jules' co-op rules get well established. This forum is still new and is just experiencing some growing pains. It's the best place on ECF! Love to all!

Jules, I will support whatever you want to do. I think it was very generous for you to offer to do all this. I think it is completely in the spirit of pay it forward because people who cant afford to buy alot of items and get free shipping and a discount can still get in on it. But if it is causing so much stress for you that you are not having fun then you should decide. You were once like us having fun trading with no worries. It makes me sad that things are getting complicated! I love you Jules and no matter what I consider you a friend!

I have to agree.....One Co-op at a time.

I was so confused yesterday, I posted things from Health Cabin to Jules Heaven Gifts Coop......

So...i think this is for the best.

One Co-op at a time.

Homeish now
I like the Co-ops, and I do think they help folks out.

Like my flavoring thing the most anyone paid was ten dollars...with .66 cents for ten ml of flavoring and 2.35 shipping.......no one can beat that deal anywhere!
Had two very small problems that were resolved quickly, with a few emails. For the most part everything went smoothly, shipping out over 70 bottles this morning.
Personally, I'd like to do another one of these flavoring co-ops.

You can hit me with it if afterwards you cook some squash and onions, buttermilk cornbread, okra ( fried ), and some friend chicken. Would be worth it.....

Jules if it's causing you that much frustration then I would say put an end to the co-ops within the group.

However if you still want to do them I don't see any reason why the HG co-op can't stay as a regular thing for the group. Since you already went to the trouble of getting the extra discount for everyone and doing the first one I don't see a reason for anyone else to run an HG co-op within the group.

As for other co-ops I don't think it is a bad thing for people to run them by you before starting them up that way the group can be kept more organized and there will be less confusion.

I would suggest one exception to the "1 at a time" rule though and that would be for instances such as ones like the EM one georgia just did where there was a really good sale that we won't see again. Still no reason it can't be mentioned to you before being posted though.

I would definitely say that all co-ops should only be done while dealing with companies with a proven track record though.

Rose....id like to jump on the next one. I somehow missed the other one.

Maybe after the HG Co-op we need to switch it up and do a flavoring one again.......Just an idea....what do you guys think ?

It's a little silly having 2 Co-ops for supplies going at the same time as jules said.

Not to mention that most of us have a budget that we try to stick with monthly.

ANyways..just my thoughts.
