Concerning Kayfun Lite (/clones)......

So I purchased a Kayfun Lite clone from a local vape shop I got home, got it put together and realized one of the screws was stripped... So I put on the spare and it was only half stripped. I put some teflon tape on it and it works like a charm now. (For $40 bucks I cant complain too much, considering everything else is flawless.)

Once I got that problem fixed I wrapped my first coil, using twisted 28 gauge kanthal, on a 5/64 drill bit. It was a beautiful coil. IMO. I loved the performance, but it was just way too hot for me. So I got the juice out, rinsed everything, and started all over.

My next two coil was a 1.5 ohm micro coil. It works like a dream.. but it eats up juice ridiculously fast. Is there a coil I can put on my kayfun, that will work relatively well but not guzzle down juice?

I currently run all of my kayfun style clones with 1.3-1.6 ohm coils, and none of them guzzle juice. I use them on a mechanical mod, and they are all moderate juice consumers.

what are you considering "guzzling down" juice? how many mL's per what time period? What atomizers had you used before the kfl?

You control the amount of juice being used be the way YOU vape. The device simple complies with requested delivery or falls short.

Use a less enjoyable flavor and it will last at least 2-3 times as long.

You can try building at a higher resistance. I find that RBA's to consume more eliquid than say a clearomizer, because a) many run them at a lower resistance level, and b) RBA's tend to wick more efficiently than a clearomizer. I daily e liquid consumption doubled after I started using RBA's.

I run my Kayfun clone at 2.0 ohms and at about 8 watts or less. The flavor is great for me and the juice lasts about the same as my regular clearos.

What exactly are you trying to get out of it? Mine is built at 1.5 ohms and is perfect. Are you sure you're newly wicked Kayfun isn't just eating up juice at first? It should do this, as the wicking material is fresh and will initially absorb a good amount of juice.
