Use a decent charger (no I can't define that but someone else may). They have no memory that I know of and normal use and charging is all that is needed.
The question that's more interesting is "how not to degrade it?". And that is 1) Don't over-charge it (the charger should handle this) 2) Don't over drain it (more frequent charging is better than not within reason). Don't over heat it. These types of
batteries don't like heat. I even have some Li-Ion power packs that say "don't use/charge over XX degrees F". These are
not e-cig batts though.
So I avoid putting them in the hot sun in a car window, for example.
Charging = heat. Heat = bad. However, my nice (slow) charger doesn't heat em up much. That's a good thing. They all degrade over time and build internal crystals or something.
