Condom Fill Enhancement?

Has anybody worked out an easy way to put a slight flare at the very mouth of a cartomizer "condom" cap. I find that this refill method works so much better than periodic dripping, even if I'm just topping off with 6-8 drops, that I'd like a cap that's a little easier to get onto the carto easily. (I'm uncoordinated...)

Easy to do. Just take a pair of needle nose pliers stick them into the open end of the condom as far down as you want the flare, spread the jaws to gently stretch the mouth of the condom. Do this a couple of times to flare the condom. Try to fill with the modified condom. Next step will likely be to throw out the modified one and get a new one to fill with. Good luck.
