Laidbak, most of the confiscations were on the suppliers side. I have read a few (very few) who had personal e-cig suppliys confiscated. From the suppliers info you don't want it going thru Chicago customs from China.
Okay, thank you so that means I don't need to really worry about it being confiscated.. Unless I move to Chicago then I just need a us check point and have it double shipped lol
Good to know that you warned me about Chicago. Hehehe atleast I know now what to do. I will place Chicago on my x list. 
All my orders from China thru Chicago have gone thru. 200+ ml of juice each time.
I was considering placing a larger order (10-15 starter kits, 10-15 bottles of 30ml juice) for coworkers/friends who wanted to get the discounted wholesale price. All adults, all life-time smokers.
Is this large enough to alert customs or is that still considered 'personal' use?
Is there a certain quantity/price that I shouldn't go over to avoid suspicion by customs?

Wow - never thought this could be considered as something other than it is. To be confisgated...just blows me away. And this is the land of the free?
I just ordered and received 350ml of assorted juice from china and no hitches or bobbles.My stuff always goes through N.Y. and have had no incidents.
