Confused about Nicotine Venders

I've read through reviews here and to be honest, to a newbie, ya'll are killing me with the acronyms. I can't make heads or tails of who has clean tasting nic and who doesn't and whose nic is peppery and whose isn't because you use ABC and XYZ and MNOP instead of vender names. That's great for you vets but it makes us newbies... well... confused.

For the sake of us newbies can someone please suggest the FULL NAME of a vender with a clean tasting, non-peppery nic base at a decent price. I'd like to be able to buy in small quantities to begin with. If the vender carries Flavor West flavorings, all the better.

Vapers Tek is seriously clean nic. It has a mild pepper effect, but only at higher nic levels. No taste at all that I can detect.
