To the OP, Google each term for more information. Each product can be used in the manufacture of items such as skin creams, toothpaste and laxatives. Some folks have an allergic or other reaction inhaling PG. These people generally switch to VG-based liquids with some success. PEG is a newer chemical being used in the commercial manufacture of e-liquids.
