Can someone explain vg/pg for me?

Ive tried undertsanding what vg and pg is and what the effects are of the different mixes. Could someone explain that to me?

Hello awesome. Welcome to the world of vaping. VG. Vegetable Glycerin. PG Propylene Glycol.

VG is a thicker type juice and it is said provides more vapor. PG is a bit thinner and it is said provides more flavor and throat feel. Most people prefer a mixture of the two so you get the best properties of both. I like 50/50. But many prefer 80pg/20vg. You can get any combo from most suppliers.

Thank you....that was very helpful for me too! I was buying a lot of ejuice that didn't state the mix at all.

When I first joined ECF a year ago, I remember someone saying to buy some VG and adding some, so that's what I did. But now a lot of the ejuice sites I've been visiting, states or asks your prefrence on the mixure. It makes it so much easier!
