Noob Question... could someone explain to me the mix or difference between PG vs VG

I know it might have been ask several times in here, but I have this question, as I have found a new website which has a couple juices that I am interested on for the main part they have this PG 50% VG 50% mix and then this PG 70% VG 30%

Could someone please explain what the difference is if I have higher PG and lower VG? Would it taste the same with lower PG and higher VG?

What does the VG do for you and what does the PG do for you?

Please enlighten me so that I get a step deeper into the vape-culture and enjoy even more this entire vaping.

PB = more flavor & throat hit

Daleron is correct. If you increase the VG it will be more Vapor and Less Taste. Also less throat hit (Less Harsh). Some folks cannot tolerate PG and I know a few of my Vape buddies that use a 90 VG / 10 PG mix. I also like a smoother hit so I use a 80 VG / 20 PG mix. You can get more taste by simply increasing the flavoring to say 25 % in lieu of 20%. Also to consider is the amount of Nicotine. More nicotine more throat hit. Welcome to ECF.

More PG = more throat hit and flavors coming through a bit sharper, at the expense of vapor production.

More VG = more vapor and perhaps slightly duller flavor, at the expense of throat hit.

You already know what to expect from your 50/50 mix. If you want more throat hit you move the slider toward higher PG in your liquids. But if even 50% PG is too harsh, or if you want more vapor, you move the slider toward higher VG instead.

Welcome! I myself like a 50/50 mix of pg and vg. It's just right for me.
