Origional Wire was

NR .20mm Nickel wire which is between 32 and 33 awg per the conversion charts
R wire was .15mm which was between 34 and 35 awg

Would this be ok for the non resistance wire in the iatty or the odi I am runnin g out and my odi is on the way Thanks Adam

Adam, that's the resistance wire. Maybe it was a typo. Anyway, I am thinking 32 - 36G is ok for the resistance wire, but I've only made LR setups. Others have said that the R wire that came with the Odysseus works well for them at higher resistance, and it's working well for me at low resistance. Others have also mentioned that they really like the kanthal wire, so rather than order >2000ft of the same wire, maybe you would like ordering a few different gauges of Nichrome and Kanthal to try them out.

For NR wire, I ended up getting 1/2oz (100') .999 US Fine Silver 30 Gauge Round DS Wire | eBay and it's working well. There are some other sources posted throughout various threads, too.
