ok I'm really confused....I bought these

but now i'm very confused...how the heck do you use/fill them? This isn't a cartomizer or tank is it? Is this what people refer to as a dripper?
I tried to fill it it leaked everywhere...I put a bit of batting inside and of course it started burning lol
please help...tried to search online but not getting any helpful info.
Thankfully I didn't spend much money on them but HELP!! What the heck do I do with them?
I got them for my mother-in-law to use on her blu so she could see how much juice she had left but I don't think this is going to work for that.....
